To gather quotes, our concierge places inquiry calls to businesses on your behalf. Our assistant identifies itself at the start of each call. Calls may be recorded for quality purposes, with disclosure at the start of the call. We do not share call recordings with third parties except as needed to operate the service or as required by law.

We retain your request information for as long as needed to provide the service and to keep reasonable business records. We use industry-standard measures to protect the information we hold. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
