Terms of Service

CallAround contacts local providers on your behalf, gathers quotes and availability, and relays them to you so you can compare options. We are a concierge and information service. We are not a party to any agreement or transaction between you and a provider, and we do not supply the underlying services ourselves.

Submitting a request and receiving quotes through CallAround is free. If you choose to book a provider, you pay that provider directly under their own terms.

You agree to provide accurate information and to use CallAround only for legitimate requests. You are responsible for reviewing any provider, quote, or agreement before you book.

Quotes, availability, and pricing come from third-party providers and can change. We do not guarantee that any provider will be available, that a quote will be honored, or that a particular result will be achieved. The service is provided on an as-is basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TENSO LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of CallAround or from any dealings between you and a provider.
